1997 – Allied Med Wholesale Drug Company is founded.
2001 – Allied Med becomes a subsidiary of Amexdrug Corporation and
is in accordance with and turns into a public company- OTC BB:
ticker symbol AXRX.
2004 – Amexdrug forms two new subsidiaries under BioRx
Pharmaceuticals Inc., and Royal Health Care Inc., for distribution
of Amexdrug products.
2005 – Amexdrug acquires Dermagen (An FDA approved pharmaceutical
and cosmeceutical manufacturing company).
2007 – BioRx Labs introduces eight new pharmaceutical (OTC) and
natural products and a total of 20 cosmeceuticals in various
stagesof development.
2007 – Amexdrug Corporation announced today that its applications
for membership have been reviewed and approved for admittance into
the National Association of Chain Drug Stores (www.nacds.org) and
the Cosmetic, Toiletry, and Fragrance Association (www.ctfa.org).
